To clean and rejuvenate the adhesive, simply scrub sandals with a soft-bristled brush, a mild detergent free from bleach and lotions, and water. Rinse and let air dry. DIRECTIONS

• For best results, oils and lotions should be removed from bottom of feet. Foot should be dry, clean and free of debris.

• Remove adhesive backing

• Place Sole O on a firm surface

• Start with heel, slowly rock forward to assure proper alignment.

• To remove, simply peel away from the instep then heel to toe.
